Mike is a native New Englander; however, decided to pursue his studies at Purdue University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant Hotel Management.
Mike pursued a career in foodservice operations in Chicago, IL with Stouffers Restaurants where he learnt how to manage the P&L. He continued his foodservice operations career by managing deli’s and catering operations in the Chicago area. He then launched his sales career with a foodservice broker selling various product lines with the main emphasis on Lamb Wesson. 1999 launched his 16 year Kellogg's career where he consistently exceeded delivered sales expectations and single handedly put Kellogg’s on the map in military sales.
Mike’s enthusiasm and passion for the business is second to none. He has developed worldwide relationships and business partnerships with both prime vendors and military bases throughout the course of his career. His follow up as well as commitment to his customers have been admired by both his peers and colleagues.
Mike spends his time off with his wife and three children. He is involved with his children’s activities as well as volunteering his time at the local school. He is an avid Boston Red Sox fan and when time permits he can be found rooting for the New England Patriots.
